Dave DiNuzzo Speaker Summary (pdf)
DownloadDave has made an international speaking and teaching career on the fact that he is raw, honest, and real – and totally committed to the Catholic Faith. Whether the crowds are men at a large national men’s conference, a parish full of eager listeners, a college or young adult group, or his students every day in the classroom, he speaks truth, and does so in a dynamic way.
As a recovering pornography addict, a fallen-away and then returned Catholic, and a man striving to be a saint, Dave knows a lot about what people are going through. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Theology concentrating in Evangelization & Catechesis from the Augustine Institute in Denver, CO and graduated from Benedictine College with a BA major in Business Administration and a minor in Theology. Dave is a Catholic husband and father of 4. He founded TrueManhood Men’s Ministry in 2008 to spread the truths of authentic masculinity in the image of Jesus Christ – the TrueMan. TrueManhood works to teach virtue, while fighting pornography, and a term that Dave coined – “cultural manliness.” Cultural manliness is the world’s view of masculinity – and clearly, they have it way wrong!
Currently, Dave resides with his wife Catherine (a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Distance Counseling from a 100% Catholic perspective) and their four beautiful children in northcentral Kansas. He formerly served as Theology teacher at St. John’s Catholic School in Beloit, KS and was previously the Director of Evangelization for his parish. Dave is an alumnus of the Catholic lay missionary organization FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students) and the former Director of Catholic Campus Ministry at the United States Air Force Academy. Dave also served as the Director of Programming for a nationally known men’s apostolate, and as Director of Young Adult & Campus Ministry for the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph, Missouri. He has spoken in 32 States, the District of Columbia, across Europe, in Canada, and in Asia.
