DownloadJim Beckman serves as the Executive Director of ImpactCenter, a Catholic apostolate dedicated to ministering to ministry leaders in the Church. He is the former Executive Director of Evangelization and Catechesis for the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City. Jim has been involved with Diocesan and parish ministry, evangelization and leadership development for many years.
A graduate of Franciscan University and the Augustine Institute, Jim has served in various roles of leadership for national, regional and local ministry.
He is a dynamic and passionate speaker and has a great love for the Catholic Church. He has built solid and thriving ministry programs in numerous parishes and Dioceses over the years. He and his wife, Meg, live in Littleton, CO with their five children.
The ImpactCenter exists to provide support for Ministry leaders and their spouses who have been called to constantly pour themselves out in the service of others, but they often lack that same pastoral care and guidance for themselves. Leaders need to be rooted spiritually, integrated interiorly, and prioritizing their personal vocation.

Gina is a dynamic and entertaining speaker, teacher, trainer and new author of the book Undivided Love, you are worth the fight. With years of experience serving dioceses, parishes, families, and youth she is able to convey Catholic teachings in a compassionate, down-to-earth style that reaches the hearts of listeners. Gina has served as a youth minister for years, successfully pioneering youth programs in parishes throughout Minnesota. Her vocation as a wife and mother of four personally connects her to audiences on a very real and practical level, drawing them in the beautiful love story of the Catholic Church. Her inspirational speaking moves listeners and equips them with practical tools to live holy lives in today’s culture. In addition, she is an expert on the topic of the dignity of the human person.
Gina received her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and her Master’s in Theological Studies from the University of Dallas Institute for Religious and Pastoral Studies. She lives in South St. Paul with her husband Duane and family.
A graduate of Benedictine College, Kevin has spent the past 13 years serving the Church in youth and adult ministry, coming alongside people as they journey towards the Lord. He is passionate about seeing people come alive in their relationship as they walk in their identity as sons and daughters so that they might bear fruit in mission.

In addition to his new role with ImpactCenter, David is also on staff at soulsandhearts.com, living his passion for spiritual and human formation by leading small groups and one-on-one accompaniment. He has a great love for spiritual direction and spending time daily in prayer himself.
David lives in Wichita with his wife of 36 years, Annette. By God’s grace, all four of their children are fruitfully launched into life, work, marriage, and faith.
