Marie is a multi-faceted artist and speaker who weaves music, humor, and storytelling to convey God’s love for us and our opportunity to share that love with others.
Acutely aware of her audience and her role, Marie can adapt to a variety of Catholic events. As examples of her versatility, she has performed for youth festivals and retreats, led mass music for Cardinal Dolan’s annual young adult mass, and presented at women’s conference and Legatus chapters. Her ability to rise to the occasion was evidenced at the 2015 Festival of Families where she shared the main stage with Mark Wahlberg, Andrea Bocelli, and Aretha Franklin to perform for Pope Francis and a live audience of 750,000.
Marie’s ideal setting is one in which she presents a narrative through song and extended song introductions. The narrative draws from her experiences growing up in a large Catholic family and her knowledge of scripture, fiction, philosophy, and world/current events.
Depending on event needs, Marie can perform solo or with backing musicians.
