Are you a Catholic speaker trying to promote and plan your own events? Have you spent hours preparing for an event only to have a small turn out? God has given you a gift for public speaking and is using you to share the Good News.  Let Siena Catholic Services take care of the practical details to fill the venue so you can focus on preparing your message.

  • Booking Services: Management of all incoming booking requests, calendar alignment and communication with event locations throughout  the booking process. $35/hour with 3 hours/month minimum
  • Event Coaching: An event coach follows an established event criteria created by the speaker and walks hand in hand with the site host to set the stage for a packed house and a meaningful event with lasting results. $350/event minimum
  • Event Management: Full end-to-end management. Each event has a unique set of requirements from creation, booking services, training and coaching of on-site event volunteers, and event logistics. Pricing varies based on event size and complexity. An Event Manager provides end-to-end communication with your hosts as well as any follow-up services. Pricing varies: $350-$1250 per event

The planning of an event involves many behind the scenes details that go unnoticed and can seem very overwhelming. Especially for those not trained in marketing or event planning, hosting a special event can seem intimidating and even keep a group from hosting an event. Siena Catholic Services is here to help!

  • Event Management: Are you in need of a high-energy, inspiring event? I offer full event design for retreats, parish missions, guest speakers, and even fundraising. Pricing varies based on event size and complexity. 
  • Event Training: Always seeing the same people at your events? Feel like your events are costly and not worth the time and expense? Every event is a chance for growth. Virtual training for staff on event promotion, execution, and post-event follow up will maximize the impact of your event. $300 for three 1-hour video conference calls (includes resources and unlimited event coaching)
